Brief introduction
PG series ink is a volatile drying type matte screen printing ink, suitable for printing on materials such AS PC, ABS, AS, soft and hard polyvinyl chloride. It features excellent adhesion, anti-sticking property and ease of printing. It is mostly used for printing on products such as PVC self-adhesive labels and PC panels.
Features
1.The surface of the ink layer is smooth and the drying speed is fast.
2. High cost performance.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃
Ink performance
Ink model: PG-501 Pure Black
Printing substrate: PVC
Screen: 300 mesh
Drying conditions: 80℃ for 10 minutes
Notes
It can be mixed and used with PM ink. PM ink is a matte vanish ink. When used in combination, it will reduce the matte gloss of the ink.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
