Brief introduction
MK series ink is a kind of ink with mirror effect suitable for printing on processing PET, PC, PMMA materials.
Features
1. Good mirror effect.
2. Good surface flatness.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃
Notes
1.When printing PC materials with this ink, SSP-100Diluent should be used; other Diluent cannot be used. Otherwise, it is easy to cause corrosion of the substrate, and there will be no mirror-like effect.
2.When printing PC materials, try not to bake them at high temperatures. Baking can also easily cause corrosion of PC materials, thereby affecting the mirror-like effect of the ink.
3.When overprinting ink on mirror silver, a curing agent needs to be added to the surface overprinting ink.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except for gold and silver), and California 65.
