Brief introduction

The FD-AR series is a UV curing type ink suitable for printing on acrylic materials and has superior adhesive force for acrylic materials. It is often used for printing on acrylic panels and the surface of vacuum-formed toys.

Features

1.It has superior adhesive force for acrylic.

2. It has a good adhesive force for PC, ABS, PVC and PET.

3. It has excellent flexibility and does not crack when hot-bent.

4. It has excellent tensile properties, with a tensile rate of up to 200%.

Printing condition

Printing substrate: Acrylic, no surface treatment required, direct printing

Screen mesh count: 350 mesh or above

Curing condition

UV lamp types: Halogen lamps, mercury lamps, and LED lamps can all be cured

Curing energy: ≥150 mj/cm ²

Ink performance test

Printing ink: FD-AR-611 white

Printing substrate: Acrylic

Mesh size of the screen: 350 mesh

Curing conditions: Curing energy 150mj/cm ²

 

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except for gold and silver), and California 65.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
