Brief introduction

FD-EA is a two-component UV-curing ink suitable for printing on processing PET materials.

Features

1. Good for processing PET material adhesive force.

2. The surface of the ink layer is smooth and flat.

3. The ink has good overprint property and excellent interlayer adhesive force.

After adding the FD-03 water-resistant additive, the ink has excellent water resistance.

5. The ink has good flexibility and does not crack when folded in half.

Printing condition

Printing substrate: Treated PET, Dyne value greater than or equal to 50

Screen mesh count: 350 mesh or above

 

Curing condition

UV lamp types: Halogen lamps, mercury lamps, and LED lamps can all be cured

Curing energy: ≥100 mj/cm ²

Ink performance test

Printing ink: FD-EA-911 black +7% FD-03 water-resistant additive

Printing substrate: processing PET bottle

Screen version number: 350

Curing conditions: Curing energy 150mj/cm ²

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except for gold and silver), and California 65.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
