Brief introduction
FD-GL series ink is a two-component UV-curable screen printing ink suitable for printing on the surface of glass materials.
Features
1. Good adhesive force on the glass surface and high hardness.
2. Good continuous printability and clear line edges.
3. The ink has high gloss and good flatness.
4. It has excellent resistance to boiling water and alcohol.
Printing condition
Printing substrate: Glass, no treatment required
Screen mesh count: 350 mesh or abov
Curing condition
UV lamp types: Halogen lamps, mercury lamps, and LED lamps can all be cured
Curing energy: ≥100 mj/cm ²
Ink performance test
Printing ink: FD-GL-911 black +3% FD-GL-05 hardener
Printing substrate: Glass
Screen: 350 mesh
Curing conditions: Curing energy 150mj/cm ²
Notes
1.The ink after adding FD-GL-05 hardener should be used up within 4 hours to avoid an increase in ink viscosity and affect its use.
2.After UV curing, the ink needs to be left for 24 hours before its relevant performance can reach the optimal state.
3.If conditions permit, baking can be done at 180℃ for 5 to 10 minutes after the UV curing of the ink, which will help improve the relevant performance of the ink.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
