Brief introduction
FD-MT series ink is a UV-curable screen printing ink suitable for printing on Metallic materials, coating materials. It is commonly seen in the printing of filters, aluminum decorative panels and coated panels.
Features
1. It is particularly good for aluminium materials and adhesive force of coating materials.
2. It features a fast curing speed and excellent reproduction of fine characters and lines during high-speed printing.
3. The ink has good flexibility.
Printing condition
Printing substrate: aluminum sheet, coating
Screen mesh count: 350 mesh or above
Curing condition
UV lamp types: Halogen lamps, mercury lamps, and LED lamps can all be cured
Curing energy: ≥100 mj/cm ²

Notes
1. The adhesive force of the ink is excellent for aluminum sheets, but not suitable for iron sheet printing.
2. There are various types of coatings. When printing the surface of the coating, please test the adhesive force first.
3. After the ink cures, it has a slight stickiness when touched on the surface, but this does not affect its performance. If conditions permit, the ink can be re-cured, and the surface stickiness can be immediately solved. If conditions do not permit, the ink surface can be left at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours until it is dry.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
