FD-NS series ink is a UV-curable ink suitable for printing on PET materials and meeting the requirements of low halogen.

Printing substrate: Treated PET material with a dyne value of 50 or more
Screen mesh count: 350 mesh or above

PET materials must undergo surface treatment; otherwise, poor adhesion will occur. It is also possible to apply a layer of solvent-based ink or vanish first for primer treatment to ensure the adhesive force of the UV layer.
If applying PI material, it is recommended to use solvent-based ink or vanish as a primer before coating.
It is recommended that the thickness of vanish coating be less than 10μm and that of color ink be less than 5μm.
It is recommended that the curing equipment use multiple sets of UV lamps for low-energy curing to avoid deformation of the film due to heat. Or a combination of LED lamps and halogen lamps, LED lamps and mercury lamps can be used. The ink is first deeply cured by the LED lamp, and then supplemented by low-energy halogen lamps or mercury lamps for surface curing.
