FD-VC-325 gloss oil is suitable for surface coating of PVC decal materials.

§ .Characteristics of Light Oil

1、 Good adhesion to various PVC materials;

2、 Good weather resistance, with a color difference value of 1.4 after 1500 hours of aging test;

3、 Good leveling and dry surface.

4、 The gloss of the varnish is high, exceeding 90Gu

§ .Usage

Ink type: UV curing type

Drying conditions: Light energy exceeding 100; mj/cm2

Clear        Cleaning: Please use SS-485 cleaning agent to clean the mesh board

Screen type: Please use a ketone resistant screen. It is recommended to use a screen with 250-300 mesh

       

§ .Usage Notes

1. FD-VC-325 varnish belongs to UV curable ink, so it should be stored away from light. When not in use, keep it sealed and store it in a cool and dry place.

2、 The surface of printing materials must be clean and free from dust, oil stains, and other substances.

3. The wettability of FD-VC-325 varnish is worse than that of solvent based varnish, so it is necessary to increase the printing pressure of the rubber scraper appropriately during printing, and the printing speed should not be too fast to ensure that the ink has a good leveling effect.

4. FD-VC-325 glossy surface cannot be painted or printed with other inks, which can easily cause paint shrinkage or poor adhesion of printing ink.
