Ink Name: Lithographic Ink; AH series

Product Introduction: This series of inks is designed and developed specifically for deep drawing processing. With reasonable matching, it has excellent deep drawing performance.

The product has passed RoHS, REACH (SVHC), EN71-3, 94/62/EC and other tests.

Application scope: This series of ink is suitable for monochrome or multi-color iron plate offset printing machines, printed on tinplate/thin aluminum plate pre coated with white magnetic or base oil, and then coated with gloss oil for protection after printing. Suitable for metal cans, lids, barrels, and other products that require advanced punching processing.

Drying conditions: 180 ° C; 5 ℃, 10 minutes

Precautions:

The recommended pH value for the dampening solution is 5.5 to 6.5.

When you need to dilute the ink color but do not want to change the viscosity, please use AH-1010 clear ink.

When reducing ink viscosity, please use K-SSA viscosity reducer and H-1102 diluent that are compatible with this series.

This series of ink cannot be mixed with other types of ink for use.

It is not recommended to overlap with other types of ink for printing. When it is necessary to stack with K series ink, it is recommended to print the series ink first and then stack with K series ink. This situation is not suitable for deep drawing processing parts; Stacking this series of ink onto K series ink may result in poor dryness, scratch resistance, poor processability, and other issues.

Users should conduct trial printing and product evaluation before mass adoption to verify the printing adaptability and processability of the ink under user conditions. When there are changes in the substrate, coating combination, and process conditions, they should also be re evaluated. The combination of this series of inks with some coatings may cause the coating to become softer. Users should carefully choose the coating used, especially the varnish, and pay attention to the stacking and sticking tests before and after polishing.

This series of ink cannot be paired with F-151 varnish.

This series of ink needs to be stored in a cool and shady place below 25 ℃. If the storage temperature is too high, it will shorten the shelf life.

※ If the finished product is intended for general indoor lighting and requires high light resistance, please choose a high light resistance variety.
