Product Introduction:This product has the following features:

※ Does not use volatile organic solvents and does not emit gases such as carbon dioxide and ozone during drying, making it a green and environmentally friendly ink.   ※ Energy saving, efficient, UV light  LED  Lamps have advantages such as fast start-up, ozone free, low power consumption, and long lifespan.

Good printing adaptability, no peeling, good on machine stability, and good adhesion.

The product has been approved by; RoHS、REACH（SVHC）、EN71-3、94/62/EC  Waiting for testing.

Application scope:This ink is suitable for ultraviolet light  LED  Solidified offset printing system (can refer to ); UV  Printing can be done using a monochrome machine; Or multi-color machine, recommended for printing on tinplate or thin aluminum plate coated with base oil or white polyester, and then covering after printing; Light oil protection. Applied to three piece cans, lids, and other products with general processing requirements.

Drying conditions:It is recommended to use a peak as  385nm ultraviolet light; LED  The lamp is irradiated for drying under the following conditions:

※LED  Peak power of the lamp: 10000± 2000mW  Or higher.

※ Curing energy (tail end  LED  The energy of the curing machine passes through once, using  LED  Specialized energy meter measurement), white, yellow; Color, Black: 1500+ 100mJ/cm2  Or higher, other colors: 1000+ 100mJ/cm2  Or higher.

Recommended package:

※ It is recommended to use an isopropanol dampening system, and the pH of the dampening solution should be maintained; Value  From 5.5 to 6.5, in order to reduce the occurrence of faults such as pasting, a; Discuss the use of our company's CA-2 in conjunction with it; Cleaning agent, WA moisturizing solution TEX-68  Moisturizing alcohol, moisturizing solution, and purified water; Press  1：100～1：150  Quality is better than adding.

When you need to dilute the ink color but do not want to change the viscosity, please use LED-03; Dilute the ink.

When reducing ink viscosity, please use LED-003; Adjusting ink or; LED-09  Reducing agent, it is recommended to add an amount less than; 5%。

※ UV-06 is recommended for cleaning ink rollers; Car wash fluid.

Precautions:

The ink film may have insufficient adhesion and incomplete drying after being dried by ultraviolet light, so it should be prepared before mass production; Adhesion testing and stacking testing should be conducted to avoid quality issues such as backside sticking.

If there is a problem of poor adhesion, it is recommended to use a suitable primer or treat the substrate appropriately.

If additional baking is applied to the ink film after drying, careful evaluation is necessary as it may result in insufficient adhesion of the subsequent printing film layer.   Ultraviolet light; LED  The tensile resistance of cured ink is not as good as traditional baking ink, such as when the product needs to be stamped or rolled

The edge processing technology should first undergo molding testing and consider its applicability under low temperature conditions in winter.   This series of ink needs to be used in; Store in a cool and dark place below 25 ℃. If the storage temperature is too high, it will shorten the shelf life.     The finished product is designed for use in general indoor lighting environments and requires high light resistance. Please test and confirm first.
