Product introduction: This product has the following features:

Energy-saving, highly efficient, ultraviolet LED lamps have the advantages of fast start-up, no ozone, low power consumption and long service life.
※Good printing adaptability, no skinning, excellent stability on the machine, and good adhesive force.
※The product has passed tests such as RoHS, REACH(SVHC), EN71-3, and 94/62/EC.
Application scope: This ink is suitable for offset printing systems cured by ultraviolet LED (refer to UV printing), which can be single-color or multi-color machines. It is recommended for printing on tinplate and thin aluminum plates coated with primer or white codex, and then covered with vanish protection after printing. It is applied to three-piece cans, LIDS and other products with general processing requirements.
Drying condition: It is recommended to use ultraviolet LED lamps with a peak of 385nm for irradiation and drying. The conditions are as follows:
※Peak power of LED lamp: 10,000 ±2000mW or higher.
※Curing energy (the energy of the tail LED curing machine passing through once, measured by a dedicated LED energy meter), white, yellow, black: 1500±100mJ/cm ² or higher, other colors: 1000±100mJ/cm ² or higher.
Recommended accessories:
※It is recommended to use the Isopropyl alcohol dampening system, with the pH value of the dampening solution ranging from 5.5 to 6.5. To reduce faults such as plate blurring, it is recommended to use our company's CA-2 plate cleaner, WA-dampening solution and TEX-68 dampening alcohol in combination. Add dampening solution and pure water in a mass ratio of 1:100 to 1:150.
※When you need to dilute the ink color but do not want to change the viscosity, please use LED-03 diluent ink.
※When it is necessary to reduce the viscosity of the Ink, please use LED-003 Ink blending oil or LED-09 viscosity reducer. It is recommended that the addition amount be less than 5%.
※It is recommended to use UV-06 car wash liquid for cleaning ink rollers.
Notes:
※After the ink film is dried under ultraviolet light, there may be problems such as insufficient adhesive force and incomplete drying. Therefore, adhesive force tests and stacking tests should be conducted before mass production to avoid quality issues such as dirt adhesion on the back.
※If there is a problem of poor adhesive force, it is recommended to select an appropriate primer or carry out appropriate treatment on the substrate.
※If additional baking is carried out against the dried ink film, careful assessment is required, as it may lead to insufficient adhesive force of the subsequent printed film layer.※The tensile strength of ultraviolet LED curing ink is inferior to that of traditional baking type ink. If the product needs to undergo processing techniques such as stamping and edge rolling, a forming test should be conducted first, and the applicability under low-temperature conditions in winter should also be considered. ※This series ink should be stored in a cool and dark place below 25℃. If the storage temperature is too high, the shelf life will be shortened. ※ For finished products used in general indoor lighting environments with high requirements for light resistance, please test and confirm first.
