Ink name: Uv-curable offset inks UV series, UVJ series

Product introduction: This product has the following features:

※It does not use volatile organic solvents and does not emit gases such as carbon dioxide during drying. It is a green and environmentally friendly ink.

※The curing equipment takes up little space. After printing, it can be instantly cured by UV irradiation, which is energy-saving and highly efficient.

※It has good printability, does not form skinning, and has relatively good stability on the machine.

※Better drying property and adhesive force, with many optimizations for the tinplate can-making process.

※The product has passed tests such as RoHS, REACH(SVHC), EN71-3, and 94/62/EC.

Application scope: This ink is suitable for offset printing machines that have been optimized for UV printing. It can be used on single-color or multi-color machines. It is recommended for printing on tinplate and thin aluminum plates coated with primer or white enamel. After printing, a cover should be applied for protection. Metal cans, LIDS, etc. for non-deep drawing processing.

Drying condition: It is recommended to use metal halide type high-pressure mercury lamps. The power intensity of the lamp should not be less than 80W/cm2, and the accumulated energy of the ink film exposed to ultraviolet light should not be less than 120mJ/cm2, so as to achieve a good drying effect.

Notes:

※It is recommended to use the Isopropyl alcohol dampening system, with the pH value of the dampening solution ranging from 5.5 to 6.5.

※When you need to dilute the color of the ink, please use UVJ-05 diluent ink or UVJ-50 pure white.

※When it is necessary to reduce the viscosity of the Ink, please use UV-003-1 Ink blending oil.

※To reduce the occurrence of plate smudging and other faults, it is recommended to use our company's CA-02 plate cleaner, WA- dampening solution, TEX-55 dampening alcohol in combination. The dampening solution and pure water should be added in a mass ratio of 1:100 to 1:150.

※The finished products are for general indoor lighting and have high requirements for light resistance. Please choose varieties with high light resistance.

※Ink should be stored in a cool place below 25℃. If the storage temperature is too high, the shelf life will be shortened.
