The TW series is a water-based flexographic non-woven fabric ink specifically designed for various Flexographic printing devices, non-woven fabric products of different structures and thicknesses. It features low odor, hygiene and safety, and meets multiple environmental protection requirements.

Product uses and features

1. When stored at low temperatures, the TW series ink has poor freezing and fluidity. Please do not store in a place below 0℃.

2.Although base ink, solvent and curing agent are all non-hazardous substances, diluted ink belongs to the second category of petroleum (water-soluble) or ethanol substances of the fourth category of hazardous substances under the Fire Protection Law, so it is treated as a hazardous substance.

3.HD 350 curing agent is stable at room temperature and can be stored for six months at room temperature. However, due to the influence of storage environment and usage conditions, the active ingredients may lose their effectiveness.

Reference color

115 Soft White, 235 Soft Yellow, 387 soft Red, 439 Soft Blue, 918 Soft Black, TW tackifier, TW diluent, TW581 Soft Purple, TW633 soft Green, TW Colored Silver. Special color samples can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Diluent and printing viscosity

white ink: 20~30 s, color ink: 20~30 s  ※ 3#Charn CupThe ratio of printing viscosity and thinner can be adjusted accordingly according to the printing pattern, drying capacity, printing speed and printing effect.

Instructions for the Use of Curing agent

Curing agent addition: HD 350 curing agent addition amount: 1-3%

Performance improvement: Increase composite strength, temperature resistance, adhesion, etc

Disposal of old ink: Leftover ink with added curing agent should not be stored for a long time. When using it again, it needs to be mixed with new ink and the curing agent should be added again. Pay attention to anti-sticking.
