Detailed

The HW373 series is paper dedicated high performance water-based flexographic ink, which can be applied to paper printing of different materials and thicknesses. It has excellent printability and water resistance, contains no VOCs, and has excellent hygiene and safety performance.

Product uses and features

1. When storing HW373 series ink at low temperatures, it has poor freezing and fluidity. Please do not store it below 0℃.

2.Although base ink, solvents and curing agents are all non-hazardous substances, dilution solvents or slow-drying agents may contain trace amounts of VOCs and can be treated as non-hazardous substances.

3.The plate roller should be cleaned immediately after printing to avoid clogging the cells after drying.

4.During the printing process, due to water evaporation, the viscosity will increase and the PH value will drop. Please use a PH stabilizer to adjust the PH value within the range of 8 to 9.

5.HD 400 curing agent is stable at room temperature and can be stored for six months at room temperature. However, due to the influence of storage environment and usage conditions, the active ingredients may lose their effectiveness.

Reference color

711 White, 1213 yellow, 2121 red, 323 blue, 819 black, ink, 420 orange, 533 green, 613 purple, diluent. Besides the above colors, special color samples can also be prepared according to customer requirements.

Diluent and printing viscosity

Diluent

water=100

slow-drying agent

Propylene glycol can be added in appropriate amounts

Note: To prevent corrosion, please do not apply it directly to groundwater

Printing viscosity: 14~18 s  ※ 2#Charn CupThe ratio of printing viscosity and thinner can be adjusted accordingly according to the printing pattern, drying capacity, printing speed and printing effect.

Instructions for the Use of Curing agent

Curing agent addition: HD 400 curing agent addition amount: 1-3%

Performance improvement: Increase composite strength, temperature resistance, adhesion, etc

Disposal of old ink: Leftover ink with added curing agent should not be stored for a long time. When using it again, it needs to be mixed with new ink and the curing agent should be added again. Pay attention to anti-sticking.
