The TW035AQ series is a high-performance water-based surface printing ink for gravure printing. It can be applied to various treated printing film substrates and features excellent adhesion, gloss and printing effect. It has a low odor and meets environmental protection requirements, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.

Product uses and features

1. When TW035AQ series ink is stored at low temperatures, it has poor freezing and fluidity. Please do not store in places below 0℃.

2.Although base ink, solvent and curing agent are all non-hazardous substances, diluted ink belongs to the second category of petroleum (water-soluble) or ethanol substances of the fourth category of hazardous substances under the Fire Protection Law, so it is treated as a hazardous substance.

3.HD 400 curing agent is stable at room temperature and can be stored for six months at room temperature. However, due to the influence of storage environment and usage conditions, the active ingredients may lose their effectiveness.

The TW035AQ comes in both regular and high-alcohol HA models: 110 White, 280 yellow, 360 Red, 800 blue, 1000 Black, mixed ink, 3 red, 300 orange, 187 red, 262 yellow, 930 grass, and 500 purple

Diluent and printing viscosity

white ink: 13~15 s, color ink: 14~16 s  ※ 3#Charn CupThe ratio of printing viscosity and thinner can be adjusted accordingly according to the printing pattern, drying capacity, printing speed and printing effect.

Instructions for the Use of Curing agent

Curing agent addition: HD 400 curing agent addition amount: 1-6%

Performance improvement: Increase composite strength, temperature resistance, adhesion, etc

Disposal of old ink: Leftover ink with added curing agent should not be stored for a long time. When using it again, it needs to be mixed with new ink and the curing agent should be added again. Pay attention to anti-sticking.
