Ink name: Lithographic ink HP series

Product introduction: This series ink has the following features:

※It has good anti-emulsification properties, excellent water-ink balance, strong durability, and can meet the requirements of long-term printing.

※The printing effect is good, with a better balance between dots and solid patterns, as well as sharpness of dots.

※The colors are bright, with high color concentration and printing density.

※The product has passed tests such as RoHS, REACH(SVHC), EN71-3, and 94/62/EC.

Application scope: This series ink is suitable for single-color or multi-color offset printing machines. It is printed on tinplate/thin aluminum plates pre-coated with white magnetic or primer. After printing, it is covered with vanish protection to present various graphic and color effects. It is applicable to metal cans, LIDS and barrels and other products that have requirements for heat resistance and processability.

Drying condition: 165±5℃ , 10 mins

Notes:

※Fountain solution pH is recommended in: 5.5 ~ 6.5.

※When it is necessary to adjust the viscosity of the ink, please use the H-1102 Diluent or K-SSA viscosity reducer compatible with this series.※If products not from our company's series are added or mixed during the printing process, please conduct a thorough feasibility test first.

※Users should test and evaluate the finished products to ensure they can meet the subsequent application requirements before using them for formal production.

When the substrate, coating matching and process conditions change, a re-evaluation should be conducted. Special attention should be paid to whether the heat resistance performance after punching and forming and the adhesive force of the vanish layer meet the requirements.

※It is recommended to store in a cool place below 25℃. If the storage temperature is too high, the shelf life will be shortened.
