NCH-P is a special printing ink for gravure heat transfer without toluene or butanone. It features excellent alcohol resistance, yellowing resistance, heat resistance, transfer performance and printing adaptability.

Product uses and features

1.The printed matter has less residual solvent and good hygiene and safety performance.

2.It has excellent alcohol resistance and high-temperature resistance, and does not turn yellow even after long-term high-temperature baking (190℃ for 40 minutes).

3.It has good compatibility with various hot melt adhesives, excellent heat transfer performance, is clean and leaves no residue, and has good adhesion to the substrate after transfer.

4.High color concentration, good covering power, excellent printing adaptability, and suitable for high-speed printing.

Reference color

63 White, 23 Yellow, 121 Red, 39 blue, 92 Black, ink oil, 523 orange, 187 red, 821 purple, 79 green. Besides the above colors, special color samples can also be prepared according to the specific requirements of customers.

Dilution and printing viscosity

Fast-drying solvent:

2-N-BUTOXYETHYL METHACRYLATE=100%

medium drying:

N-propyl ester=100%

※If slow drying is required, Butyl ester can be used instead of the corresponding solvent

white ink: 13~18 s, color ink: 14~20 s  ※ 3#Charn CupThe ratio of printing viscosity and thinner can be adjusted accordingly according to the printing pattern, drying capacity, printing speed and printing effect.

Notes

1.The printed matter contains delaminating agents. The winding pressure needs to be adjusted appropriately to prevent reverse adhesion and ink dropping.

2.The ink is printed on the surface of the release agent, and the leveling effect of the release agent printing has a certain impact on the subsequent printing process.

3.The thickness of the printing ink layer has a direct impact on the firmness after transfer. For multi-layer printing, attention should be paid to the influence of firmness.

4.Adding a curing agent can enhance alcohol resistance, but excessive addition may affect the anti-adhesion performance. Please add it according to actual needs.
