Detailed
The ATT heat transfer ink series is a heat transfer ink without toluene or butanone acrylic resin system, featuring excellent environmental friendliness, printability and transfer performance.
Product uses and features
1.There is very little residual solvent in printed materials.
2.It can be transferred to various substrates (including PS, ABS, PP and many other substrates), and the transferred images are clear, with bright colors and rich layers.
3..The ink has good fastness, wear resistance, water resistance and tensile properties after transfer printing.
4.It has good compatibility with hot melt adhesive and excellent recoatability.
Reference color
Base colors include 63 white, 65 White, 23 Yellow, 121 red, 39 blue, 92 Black, 235 Yellow, 262 Yellow, 518 orange, 187 red, 821 purple, 79 green, etc. Special color samples can be prepared according to user requirements.
Dilution and printing viscosity
|
Fast-drying solvent: |
2-N-BUTOXYETHYL METHACRYLATE/ Isopropyl alcohol=80/20 |
|
medium drying: |
N-propyl ester/Isopropyl alcohol=80/20 |
|
※If slow drying is required, Butyl ester or Propanol can be used instead of the corresponding solvent |
|
white ink: 14~20 s, color ink: 14~20 s ※ 3#Charn Cup
The ratio of printing viscosity and thinner can be adjusted accordingly according to the printing pattern, drying capacity, printing speed and printing effect.
Notes
1.The printed matter contains delaminating agents. The winding pressure needs to be adjusted appropriately to prevent reverse adhesion and ink dropping.
2.The ink is printed on the surface of the release agent, and the leveling effect of the release agent printing has a certain impact on the subsequent printing process.
3.The thickness of the printing ink layer has a direct impact on the firmness after transfer. For multi-layer printing, attention should be paid to the influence of firmness.
4.Any change in transfer conditions must be fully evaluated and tested before a formal conversion can be made.
Environmental protection regulations
1Complies with the requirements of regulations such as GB4806.14, GB4806.1, and GB31603;
2.Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, and EN71-3;
3.Comply with the standard QB/T 1046 "Gravure Plastic Film Composite Ink". 4. This product complies with the NL rules formulated by the Japan Printing Ink Association.
