Instructions for the Use of Curing agent

AWL series ink can also be used in combination with curing agents to improve Ink performance. Solidifying agent: TCS-4394 dosage: 1-3%

Performance improvement: Increase composite strength, temperature resistance, adhesion, etc

Disposal of old ink: Do not use old ink alone. Mix it with new ink. The proportion of old ink added should be less than 30%, and pay attention to the problem of reverse adhesion.

Notes

1.

To ensure the stability of the ink during long-term printing, it is recommended to use anhydrous Ethanol as the diluent.

2. When the weather is humid or the drying is insufficient, it is recommended to increase the proportion of ester solvents in printing to improve drying and reduce residual solvents.

3. To ensure the drying effect, make sure of sufficient air volume and temperature.
