Ink name: Offset ink H-55-L series

Product introduction: This series ink has the following features:

※The color change during the baking process is relatively small, which can largely maintain the original white effect, thereby effectively enhancing the color vividness of the final printed or brushed products.

※It does not contain brighteners. There is no need to use brightener-containing vanish, white magnetic, which conforms to the development trend of hygiene, safety and environmental protection of Food packaging materials.

※The product has passed tests such as RoHS, REACH(SVHC), EN71-3, and 94/62/EC.

Application scope: This series ink is suitable for single-color or multi-color tinplate offset printing machines. It is printed on tinplate/thin aluminum plates pre-coated with white magnetic or primer, and then covered with vanish protection on them after printing. It can be applied to general processing metal cans and LIDS, especially suitable for printing on milk powder cans.

Drying condition: 160±5℃ , 10 mins

Notes:

※The recommended pH value of embellient solution is 5.5 ~ 6.5.

※To prevent the ink from sticking to the plate during the printing process, at the beginning of printing (when the machine is not heating up normally), the ink viscosity needs to be adjusted to a lower level than usual. It is also possible to calibrate with the common white ink of the K series and then switch to the white ink of the H-55-L series.

※If viscosity needs to be adjusted, use H-1102 Diluent or K-SSA viscosity reducer. If there is a black line problem, you can try adding a small amount of H-55-100 Ink blending oil.

※It is not advisable to mix in inks of other series, Diluent, Ink blending oil or other additives, so as not to damage the original anti-color change performance or cause other performance changes; When it is necessary to adjust the hue, please use the special color paste recommended by our company. If you need to overprint ink of other colors, please conduct a test print to confirm that it can be used normally before mass production.

※This product is not suitable for direct use with kerosene-based cleaning agents. To clean the rubber roller, it is recommended to first dilute it with H-1102 Diluent and then clean it with kerosene. If the cleaning is not thorough enough, we can mix H-1106 car wash water of our company.

※Excessive baking should be avoided as it increases the risk of rejection when printing color inks.

※This product should be tested and evaluated with the matching color ink, coating and process before application. Only after confirming its feasibility should mass production be carried out. If UV curing ink is overprinted, attention should be paid to whether the adhesive force can meet the requirements.
