Brief introduction
SS5-000 series ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-print oxidative polymerization type ink, which has good adhesion and flexibility to materials such as metal, glass and wood. It is widely applied to various aluminum trim signs, metal watch panels and instrument panels, as well as the printing of metal coatings.

Drying condition
Natural drying time: 12 hours
Heating and drying time: 30 minutes at 130℃

Ink model: SS5-061 White
Printing substrate: Aluminum sheet
Screen: 300 mesh
Drying conditions: 120℃ for 30 minutes
Notes
1.The drying speed of inks of different colors varies. To ensure complete drying, please let it stand for 24 hours.
2.When printing on unknown materials, please conduct tests before use.
3.The amount of Diluent added should not be too much, otherwise the ink is prone to cratering problems. If shrinkage cavities occur, 0.3-0.5% of SS-defoamer 150 can be added to solve the problem.
4.For the SS5-000 series of gold and silver inks, in addition to adding the aforementioned diluent solvents, an SS5-000 additive equivalent to 4% of the ink volume should also be added.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
