Brief introduction
SS7-000 series ink is a matte ink. The most prominent features of this ink are its quick-drying property, non-stickiness and ease of printing. This ink has excellent adhesion to materials such as soft and hard polyvinyl chloride, triacetate fiber, vinyl chloride steel plates, and polycarbonate. It is mostly used for printing on products such as PVC self-adhesive labels, PC panels and label stickers.

Ink model: SS7-091 Black
Printing substrate: PVC
Screen: 300 mesh
Drying conditions: 80℃ for 10 minutes
Notes
1. This series can be freely mixed with the SS8-000 system, and the matching ratio can be adjusted according to the matte finish and hue. If it is to be overprinted with SS8000 ink, 1% SS-defoamer 150 should be added.
2. This series of gold and silver inks are both suitable for heat sealing. However, for silver ink printing, please add less silver powder.
3. The SS7-000 series of ink toners belong to the glossy type. Adding ink toners to ink will enhance the gloss of the ink.
Environmental friendliness
1. Complies with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except for gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meets the control requirements for VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
