Brief introduction

The SS8-000 series ink features various tolerances, good operability and wide application range. It can be used on substrates such AS PMMA, polycarbonate, styrene, ABS, AS, soft, hard polyvinyl chloride, trademark number plates, vinyl chloride steel plates, etc.

Features

1. It has good durability and can withstand 200 times of alcohol and gasoline wiping without obvious color fading.

2. Good printability, no problems such as bubbling or shrinkage holes during continuous printing, and good surface flatness.

3. The range of materials suitable for printing with ink is relatively wide.

4. It has good processing performance and does not crack during high-temperature blow molding.

Drying conditions: 80℃ for 30 minutes

Notes

1.When strong weather resistance is required for applications, please use the following colors of ink: 138 Red, 141 Red, 151 Red, 221 Yellow, 260 Yellow, 263 Yellow, 391 Blue, 791 Green, 083 Purple, 517 Orange, 611 White, 911 Black.

However, if the above-mentioned colors are used in light tones, their weather resistance will also decrease.

2. When transparent printing is required, please refer to the attached table to select ink with good transparency for use. Adding SS8-810 ink thinner can increase the transparency of the ink.

3. To achieve a metallic effect, SS8-810 ink oil can be mixed with gold powder or silver powder to form gold ink and silver ink. Mixing standard: Gold powder: 18-30%; Silver powder: 15-25%.

4. When the ink is printed on materials that are difficult to adhere to, such as metals, hardened PMMA, hardened PC and other materials, or when the ink is required to have good wear resistance and be able to withstand organic solvent wiping, the SUR-100B additive can be added to the ink at a dosage of 5% to 10%.

Environmental friendliness

 1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
