Brief introduction
SS8-000G series ink features various resistances, good workability, high gloss, high weather resistance and wide application range. It can be used for printing on substrates such AS soft and hard PVC, PC, PS, ABS, AS, soft materials, trademark number plates, vinyl chloride steel plates, etc. It is mostly used in outdoor occasions with high weather resistance requirements, such as outdoor billboards, automobiles, engineering vehicles, high-speed railways, aircraft decals, etc.

The performance characteristics of the ink are similar to those of SS8000 ink, and the suitable printing materials are also similar.
Drying conditon
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃
Notes
1.White ink is prone to powdering outdoors. When the proportion of white ink is relatively high, the surface must be protected by a topcoat to enhance weather resistance.
2.When customers use our company's ink to mix silver paste and encounter the problem of powder dropping from the silver paste, 5% AF-169 additive can be added to prevent the powder dropping issue.
3. To mix gold and silver, the SS8-000G series transparent color can be combined with silver paste for mixing. The color ink mixed in this way has high vividness and strong reflectivity. Note: When using gold powder to mix gold, the weather resistance of the ink is relatively poor. In situations where weather resistance is required, please avoid using gold powder.

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
