Brief introduction

The SS9-000 series four-color inks are used for overcolor printing on coated paper, composite paper, PVC films and other materials.

Features

1. High dot clarity.

2. It has a relatively high luster and good outdoor weather resistance.

3. It is not easy to clog the screen when printing small characters.

Drying condition

Ink type: Evaporative drying type

Drying time: 30-60 minutes at room temperature

Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃

Screen: 300 mesh

Drying conditions: 80℃ for 30 minutes

Notes

1. To adjust the ink concentration, please use SS9- Slow drying agent.

2. To enhance the glossiness of the overprinted pattern, a layer of SS8-810 Ink blending oil or SS8-100G Ink blending oil can be applied.

The generally recommended printing sequence is yellow → red → blue → black. Customers can also choose the appropriate printing sequence based on the characteristics of their own products and colors.

4. Control the overprint color according to the size and density of the dots.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
