SS16-000 series ink is a two-component reactive screen printing ink, belonging to the low-temperature hardening type. The hardened coating film has excellent gloss, impact resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance. It has a wide range of adhesion and can bond with treated polypropylene, treated polyethylene, polyester, FRP, FBT, carbamate series coated plates, chrome-plated plates and stainless steel plates and other materials.
1. Quick-drying property. This series belongs to the evaporative drying type of ink. After printing, the solvent evaporates quickly, and the ink film gradually hardens as it dries, thus demonstrating its characteristics.
2. The mixed ink is not prone to change. Generally, the mixed ink can be stored for more than 8 hours in a sealed container at 25℃. However, the storage period varies at different temperatures. As the temperature rises, the storage period will shorten.
3. Low odor. The odor is small during printing, and the odor of the ink film after drying is also small, with no irritating smell.
4. The material has a wide range of printing applicability, excellent adhesion to treated PP and PE, superior wear resistance and water boiling resistance.

Drying time: More than 8 hours at room temperature
Heating and thorough drying time: 10-30 minutes at 80℃. In the hot air circulation oven, the surface drying time of the ink is as follows:

Drying conditions: 80℃ for 30 minutes
1.The SUR-100B additive will solidify by reacting with moisture in the air. Please store it in a sealed container.
2.The addition amount of the SSUR-100B additive must be accurately weighed.
3.The ink with the addition of SSUR-100B additive will have an increase in viscosity over time. Therefore, the mixed ink should be used within 6 hours.
4. When printing on metal materials, please mix the ink with the SUR-100b additive in a ratio of 100:(20-25), then add an appropriate amount of Diluent for dilution before printing, and dry at 140℃ for 30 minutes.
5.Tests for various resistances of ink should be conducted 24 to 48 hours after the ink has completely dried.
6.If the ink curing speed is too fast when using the SSUR-100B additive, the SSUR-150B additive can be used instead. The reaction speed between the SUR-150B additive and the ink is relatively slow. The usage method is the same as that of the SUR-100B additive, but the ink's usable time can be extended to more than 8 hours.
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
3. SS16-100 Ink blending oil, SS16-611 white, SS16-911 black, SS16-260 yellow, SS16-391 blue, SS16-151 red, SS16-037 blue are low-halogen inks.
