Brief introduction

SSSP series ink can be used for printing on substrates such AS rigid polyvinyl chloride, acrylic resin boards, styrene, polycarbonate, ABS, AS, etc. It is mostly used for printing on materials that are prone to corrosion, such AS PC, ABS, PS, AS, etc., for example, motorcycle instrument panels, PC thermos flasks, PS panels, etc.

Features

1. Ink has low corrosiveness to materials.

2. The smell of the ink is relatively low.

Drying condition

Ink type: Evaporative drying type

Drying time: 10-20 minutes at room temperature

Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃

Screen: 300 mesh

Drying conditions: 80℃ for 10 minutes

Notes

This series can only add the above two Diluent. Adding other Diluent may cause corrosion to the printing substrate.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. SSSP-611 white, SSSP-911 black, SSSP-151 red, SSSP-391 blue, and SSSP-037 blue are low-halogen inks.
