Brief introduction

SSYB series ink is a kind of ink specially developed for printing various high-end PC instrument panels and PET panels of household appliances. It has excellent printability for various transparent PC sheets, frosted PC sheets, processed PET and other materials. It is widely used in the printing of automotive instrument panels, motorcycle instrument panels and home appliance panels.

Features

1. The ink has good adhesive force on the substrate and high adhesion strength with 3M double-sided tape.

2 Black and white ink has high covering power and good anti-hole performance.

Drying condition

Ink type: Evaporative drying type

Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature

Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃

Notes

1. This series can be freely mixed with the SS7000, SSTH, and SS8-000 systems, and the matching ratio can be adjusted according to the matte finish and hue.

2. SSYB series ink is available in insulating black and insulating silver inks, with a surface resistance greater than 10^10Ω. When printing electricity meters or membrane switches, customers can choose to use insulating ink. All colors except black and gold and silver are insulating inks. Products with the word "insulating" in their names are insulating inks.

When surface wear resistance is required, a layer of FD-YK-matte varnish can be applied to the surface of the ink for protection. This varnish is a UV-cured varnish.

4. When there is a requirement for solvent resistance of the ink or the adhesive force is insufficient, 5-10% of the SUR-100B additive can be added.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
