Brief introduction

SSAP series ink is suitable for printing on Nylon cloth, Oxford cloth, wood, cardboard boxes. It has a low odor, dries quickly and has good printing performance. It has excellent softness and abrasion resistance for fabric printing. It is mostly used for printing on tents, insoles and cotton-padded clothes.

Drying condition

Ink type: Evaporative drying type

Drying time: 10-20 minutes at room temperature

Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃

Notes

1. This series can be mixed freely with the SS7000 and SS8-000 systems. However, the flexibility of the ink will decrease after mixing.

2. When this series is used for fabric printing, due to the different materials of various fabrics, the pretreatment methods are also different. Therefore, please confirm the adhesive force before use.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
