Brief introduction

SSBL series ink is a two-component reactive screen printing ink with excellent adhesive force for glass and metal materials. It is widely used for printing on glass panels of household appliances, refrigerator doors, furniture glass, metals and metal coatings.

Features

1. Wide adhesion range. adhesive force is excellent for glass, aluminium materials, chrome-plated plates, stainless steel plates and some sprayed plates, etc.

2. Excellent patience. The hardened coating film has excellent gloss, impact resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.

The cured coating film has excellent hardness and water resistance.

Drying condit

Ink type: Evaporative drying type

Drying time: More than 24 hours at room temperature

Both room temperature and high temperature drying are acceptable. However, when the air humidity is high, the moisture in the air may cause the ink to emulsify, resulting in poor hardening. Therefore, it is best to dry by heating.

Printing conditions

Ink model: SSBL-911 Black + SSBL-hardener (8%)

Printing substrate: Glass

Screen: 300 mesh

Drying conditions: 170℃ for 10 minutes

Notes

1.The ink after adding the curing agent should be used up within 6 hours to avoid an increase in ink viscosity and affect its use.

2.When doing superimposed color printing, the second color can be printed as soon as the base color is touched dry. If the second color is printed after the base color has completely hardened, the second color may have poor adhesion.

3.After the printing stops, the screen plates and other printing equipment must be immediately cleaned with SS-598Diluent or SSP-100Diluent; otherwise, the ink will be very difficult to remove once it hardens.

4.When used for printing on metal materials, please dry at 140℃ for 30 minutes to enhance the adhesion of the ink.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
