Brief introduction

The SSFJ system is a one-component baking type bright vanish ink suitable for various aluminum materials, stainless steel and other metals, as well as various amino paint coatings. The ink film after baking and curing has good adhesive force and various excellent resistances, and has good printing adaptability. It is widely used for printing on automotive interior parts, watch panels, metal nameplates and anodized materials.

Features

1. It has excellent adhesive force for various metal materials and amino paint coatings, is resistant to stamping, cutting and has good post-processing performance.

2. For single-component use, it will not cure when placed naturally.

3. It has excellent resistance to water, gasoline, alcohol and chemicals, and certain resistance to aromatic solvents.

4. High gloss, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and wear resistance.

5. It can withstand a high temperature of 180℃ and will not turn yellow after being baked at 180℃ for a long time (one hour).

Drying condition

Ink type: Baking drying type

Dilute with 20% SS-783Diluent. Surface drying can be achieved in about 40 minutes at room temperature (25℃). After surface drying, the next color printing can be carried out. After printing is completed, baking drying must be done; otherwise, poor adhesion and poor resistance in all aspects will occur.

The relationship between baking temperature and baking time is as follows:

The optimal baking temperature is 140℃ and the time is 40 minutes.

Screen: 300 mesh

Drying conditions: 140℃ for 30 minutes

Notes

1. Due to the different metal materials, stainless steel, coatings, etc. of the customers, please confirm the adhesive force before batch use.

2. The surface tension of SSFJ primary color ink is low, and the surface layer cannot be recoated. If you have requirements for recoating, please inform us in advance. We will provide high surface tension SSFJ ink to match.

3. SSFJ original color ink, after high-temperature drying, is resistant to 2-N-BUTOXYETHYL METHACRYLATE and can be wiped about 20 times. If higher resistance is required, SSFJ-5482A black, SSFJ-5484A white and the corresponding color ink can be used. It can withstand the wiping of 2-N-BUTOXYETHYL METHACRYLATE with acetic acid for over 80 times.

4. When the adhesive force of certain metal materials is still not good or the water boiling resistance is not good, 3-5% of SS-additive 880 can be added. Ink with SS-additive 880 added will not cure and can still be used next time, but the gloss of the ink will slightly decrease.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.

3,SSFJ-611 white, SSFJ-911 black, SSFJ-140 red, SSFJ-151 red, SSFJ-391 blue, SSFJ-037 blue, and SSFJ-260 yellow are low-halogen inks.
