Brief introduction
The SSHPP series has excellent adhesive force for Treated PP, PE and untreated PP materials, and its oil resistance and alcohol resistance are particularly good. It is used for untreated and treated polypropylene films, hard plates and products of various shapes, with excellent adhesion and scratch resistance, and the printing effect is also extremely good. It is mostly used for printing on materials such as syringes, digital tubes and yogurt bottles.
Features
1. It has good adhesive force for PP material, high hardness and excellent scratch resistance.
2. Suitable for screen printing and roller printing syringes, it does not clog the screen, dries quickly and the patterns are clear.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 30-60 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 10 minutes at 80℃

Notes
When printing PPO and PC digital tubes, please use SSHPP-613 white and SSHPP-5148A black to prevent the ink from coming into contact with the epoxy adhesive, which may cause the epoxy adhesive to turn yellow.
When printing syringes, please use SSHPP-5122A black screen printing ink and SSHPP-5144A black and SSHPP-5213A black roller printing ink.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. The ink does not meet the control requirements of MOAH, MOSH and PAHs.
