Brief introduction
SSPPA series ink is particularly suitable for treated PP and PE materials, and can also be used for untreated PP. It has good adhesion and scratch resistance, and the printing effect is also extremely good. It is a cost-effective ink for PP materials. It is mostly used for surface printing of PP folders, battery casings and various coatings.
Features
1. It has good adhesive force for PP material, high hardness and good scratch resistance.
2. White ink is not prone to yellowing.
3. Good alcohol resistance, slightly resistant to gasoline wiping.
4. Good printability.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 30-60 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 10 minutes at 80℃

Notes
1. SSPPA series ink is a matte ink. It is relatively hard and brittle. Please use it with caution in situations where toughness is required.
2. The acid value of SSPPA series ink is relatively high, and the stability when made into gold or silver is not good. When customers need to print gold and silver, SSPPA-Ink blending oil can be used to mix gold powder and silver paste. The storage period of the mixed ink should not exceed one week to prevent the ink from gelling or caking.
3. For materials such as PE and TPU that are difficult to adhere, in order to enhance the adhesive force of the ink, the printing surface can be wiped with SSPPA- treated water first, and then let it stand for half an hour before printing SSPPA ink or SSNF ink with 10% SSUR-100B additive.
4. Heating and drying after printing (80℃ for 10 minutes) is helpful for adhesive force. Please choose as appropriate if necessary.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
