Brief introduction
SSPPNK series ink is used for untreated and treated polypropylene films, hard plates and products of various shapes. It has good adhesion and scratch resistance, and the printing effect is also extremely good. The application field is similar to that of SSPPA ink, and it is mostly used for surface printing of PP folders and battery casings.
Features
1. It has good adhesive force for PP material, good flexibility and relatively good scratch resistance.
2. The white ink has a yellowish hue and a high gloss.
3. It has good alcohol resistance but is not resistant to gasoline wiping.
4. Good printability and fast drying speed.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 30-60 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 10 minutes at 80℃

Notes
1. Printing on both untreated and treated polypropylene will have good adhesion, but the surface of materials for sheet molding may have release agents that affect adhesion and may also cause defects such as pinholes. Therefore, before printing, the object to be printed must be strictly inspected. If any of the above situations are found, the surface of the material must be cleaned with a solvent.
2. This series has good durability, but poor oil resistance (referring to animal and vegetable oils and mineral oils). If there is a requirement for oil resistance, please apply SS8-810 Ink blending oil for overlay printing on the printed pattern.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
