SSNSB series ink is a high-temperature baking type ink suitable for printing on the surfaces of various metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium plates, and various amino paint coatings. The ink film after baking and curing has good adhesive force and various resistances, and has good printing adaptability. It is mostly used for surface printing of electronic products such as notebook shells and communication equipment.
1. The ink has excellent processing performance. The ink layer does not crack or fall off after bending or stretching. The stamping and stretching rate reaches 50%.
2. The ink is a single-component product and will not cure when placed naturally. There is no need to worry about discarding the unused two-component ink.
3. It has excellent resistance to water, gasoline, alcohol and chemicals. After complete curing, it also has certain resistance to aromatic solvents.
4. It can withstand a temperature of 200℃. The white or vanish color does not turn yellow after being exposed to 200℃ for one hour.
5. The surface printing is relatively fine, with no obvious particle spots.
Ink type: Baking drying type
Dilute with 20% SS-783Diluent. Surface drying can be achieved in about 40 minutes at room temperature (25℃). After surface drying, the next color printing can be carried out. After printing is completed, baking drying must be done; otherwise, it will cause poor adhesion and poor resistance in all aspects.

1.The baking temperature and time of the ink must be sufficient. If baking is done in a baking tunnel, since the temperatures of the front and rear parts of the baking tunnel are relatively low, the baking time should be appropriately extended or the temperature of the baking tunnel should be increased to avoid affecting the Ink performance due to insufficient baking time.
2.The ink can only cure at a temperature above 140℃. If the temperature is below 140℃, no matter how long it is baked, the ink will not cure or cross-link.
3. For materials that are difficult to print on, such as polished aluminum plates or magnesium-aluminum alloys, etc., 3-5% of SS-additive 880 can be added to improve the adhesive force and water resistance of the ink.
4.To enhance the hardness or durability of the ink, 5-10% of the SSUR-100B additive can be added. The ink after adding the curing agent should be used up within 4 hours; otherwise, the viscosity of the ink will increase, affecting the printing effect.
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
