Brief introduction

The SSNSB series (Coating) is a two-component reactive ink suitable for coating materials such as PI/PET. It is mostly used for coating PET, PI films and metal materials.

Features

1.It is good for adhesive force of various materials, and the coated ink layer is smooth and flat.

2. The surface of the coating is clearly marked and not prone to breaking.

3. The coating can withstand high temperatures without yellowing and is resistant to alcohol wiping.

4. The matte coating is uniform, without scratches, and the coding is clear.

Drying condition

Ink type: Baking drying type

Baking conditions: Bake at 80-110℃ for 1-3 minutes

Printing substrate: PI film

Wire rod specification: 10# wire rod

Drying conditions: 100℃ for 3 minutes. Stand for testing the next day

Notes

1. The ink after adding the curing agent should be used up within 4 hours; otherwise, the viscosity of the ink will increase, resulting in a decrease in the gloss of the ink.

2. If you expect the ink to withstand temperatures above 250℃, please use SSNSB-5933A white and add 20% of the curing agent.

3. Before coating PET and PI materials, please carry out corona treatment first to avoid poor ink adhesion.

4. When coating metal materials, the amount of curing agent added is 10%.

5. If you expect to achieve effects such as flame retardancy and scratch resistance, please inform the salesperson in advance so that they can recommend suitable ink.

Environmental friendliness

1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.

2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.

3. The entire series is made of low-halogen ink.
