SSPE series ink is a two-component reactive screen printing ink with excellent adhesive force for processing materials such as PP, PE, metal, acrylic, etc.
1. Wide adhesion range. This series can be adhered to treated polypropylene, treated polyethylene, acrylic sheets, epoxy resin-based coated sheets, and can also be used for printing on aluminum materials, chrome-plated sheets and stainless steel sheets, etc.
2. Excellent patience. The hardened coating film has excellent gloss, impact resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: More than 24 hours at room temperature
Both room temperature and high temperature drying are acceptable. However, when the air humidity is high, the moisture in the air may cause the ink to emulsify, resulting in poor hardening. Therefore, it is best to dry by heating.

Printing conditions
Ink model: SSPE-911 Black +25% SSPE-hardener
Printing substrate: Aluminum sheet
Screen: 300 mesh
Drying conditions: 120℃ for 30 minutes
1.The ink after adding the curing agent should be used up within 6 hours to avoid an increase in ink viscosity and affect its use.
2.When doing superimposed color printing, the second color can be printed as soon as the base color is touched dry. If the second color is printed after the base color has completely hardened, the adhesion of the second color will be poor.
3.After the printing stops, the screen plates and other printing equipment must be immediately cleaned with SS-598Diluent or SSP-100Diluent; otherwise, the ink will be very difficult to remove once it hardens.
4.When used for printing on metal materials, please dry at 140℃ for 30 minutes to enhance the adhesion of the ink.
5.When printing glass materials, it is recommended that customers use SSBL series ink.
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
