Brief introduction
SSRL series ink is a kind of glossy ink suitable for polyester materials. It has excellent adhesion and printability to polyester materials such as PET. It is mostly used in PET self-adhesive labels, various labels, occasions where PVC has wear resistance requirements, and printing on metals and other materials.
Features
1. It has excellent adhesive force for various polyester materials and good post-processing performance.
2. It has excellent resistance to water, gasoline, alcohol, etc.
3. Good scratch resistance and wear resistance.
4. Good printability.
Drying condition
Ink type: Evaporative drying type
Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature
Heating and drying time: 5-10 minutes at 80℃

Notes
1.The SSRL series is a high-gloss type of ink. If the printed samples are stacked too high, it is prone to sticking to the back.
2.When printing PVC materials with wear resistance requirements, 10-15% of the SUR-100B additive should be added.
3.Adding 10% of the SSUR-100B additive to the ink has a very good adhesive force for hardening PC, PET and acrylic.
4.The ink after adding the curing agent should be used up within 8 hours to avoid the increase in ink viscosity affecting the printing effect.
Environmental friendliness
1. Comply with the requirements of regulations such as ROHs, REACH, ASTM F963, EN71-3(except gold and silver), California 65, etc., and meet the control requirements of VOCs in GB 38507-2020.
2. If there are control requirements for PAHs, please use it with caution.
3.SSRL-611 white, SSRL-911 black, SSRL-140 red, SSRL-151 red, SSRL-391 blue, SSRL-037 blue, and SSRL-260 yellow are low-halogen inks.
